At Au Vodka, we strive for excellence in every bottle, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on bottles that have been opened or had their seals broken.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and the correct warehouse address.

  Secure Your Package

  Ensure the Au Vodka bottles are securely packed in their original gold-foil packaging and outer shipping box to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked courier service to send the package back to our distribution center; please keep your proof of postage.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items and confirms the seals are intact, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
